Check-in: after 2 p.m. Check-out: by 10 a.m. Conditions for individuals: Children up to six years of age staying in a room with two adults are accommodated free of charge; children up to 12 years of age CZK 500/night. Charges for the cancellation of an individual reservation 48 hours or less before arrival – 100% of the charge for the first night. Non-guaranteed reservations for individuals are automatically cancelled at 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Conditions for groups: A minimum of 16 persons accommodated in eight rooms, with the same date of arrival and departure. 21st person free of charge in a DBL, including catering. Rooming list at the latest 14 days before arrival, otherwise the hotel retains the right to cancel the group while complying with the valid cancellation conditions. Reservation cancellation conditions: 6 weeks (42 days) - before arrival of a confirmed group, cancellation can be made without charge. 2 weeks (14 days) - before arrival of a group, the number of persons in the group may be reduced by up to 20% without charge. 42 days incl. - 28 days incl. before arrival of a group – 50% of the value of the reservation. 27 days incl. - day of arrival of the group - before arrival of the group – 75% of the value of the reservation. A 50% deposit must be paid 4 weeks before the date of arrival of a group, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled while complying with the valid cancellation conditions. The balance will be paid after delivery of the final billing with a due date of 14 days at the latest. Default interest of 0.1% will be charged for every day after the due date. |
